We strictly follow details confirmed by clients,control every step in production process, ensure product quality and on-time delivery. We make sure our bulk materials have been inspected by material mills themselves and our manufacturing factories as well as our QC team and comply with testing requirement (if any). Our QC team follows standard working procedure strictly to finish all checking points so as to ensure product quality.

Before production we hold pre-production meeting with our factory and our QC team to ensure all producing processes will correctly follow confirmed pp samples and your production tech pack files.

During production our QC team conducts inline inspection in our factory in order to control quality of half-finished products and finished products according to quality standard we have agreed on with you.

Before shipping our QC team conducts final random inspection to make sure bulk quality comply with quality standard we have agreed on with you.

Besides QC team, our sales team compulsorily checks first patch of finished goods sent by our OC team and advises their comments to QC team.

Our management also reviews production samples from factories occasionally.

Because of our strict quality control process, we have not received any returns or claims yet. However, every step of the garment production processing is made by hand and our QC team can not 100% inspect all goods, so there may be a number of negligence inspections. If you find a large number of pieces that affect retail sales due to serious appearance or size problems, please keep these pieces and send us relevant inspection report/pictures. We will check with our factories and QC team. If it is our responsibility, we will try to replenish the defected pieces if you really need replenishment but it will takes much longer leading time. It will be highly appreciated that if you can accept the shortage caused by this.

	A.	Yes. We supply garments with buyer's own custom labelling. We work based on your custom design and specification you provide to us.

7	Q.	I am looking for a wholesaler to buy ready stock for my clothing boutique, can I see your collection?
	A.	Usually we don't keep very large stock. If you need to purchase stock styles, pls send us your requirement. We can send you information of our recommended similar stock styles. And we don't sell any styles which requires licensor approval.

8	Q.	What is your minimum order quantity for production?
	A.	It depends on product type, material and MOQ that our factories and material mills accept. Please contact us to discuss.

9	Q.	What is your lead time?
	A.	Our lead time depends on many factors: style & material, complexity, season, other production orders in schedule, what machines your styles require, order quantity…etc. Generally speaking production leading time for garments is about 2-4months from developing to shipping. 10	Q.	Are my ideas confidential?
